How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are issued immediately after checkout and sent to the email address provided (SMS if supplied). Delivery includes a scannable QR/barcode and your order summary. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check spam/junk folders.
When and how do I pay?
At checkout you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your purchase. The page is encrypted and PCI-compliant, and payment details are never stored on our systems. All taxes and fees are shown before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Change/cancellation eligibility depends on the product’s policy. Many bookings allow modifications up to a stated deadline and may incur a fee. Full terms are displayed during checkout and in your confirmation email.
What should I bring on the day?
Please bring your digital or printed ticket and a valid government-issued ID matching the booking name. Arrive a few minutes early for scanning and check-in.
Didn’t get your confirmation?
Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for the confirmation email. If it hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes, contact support with your name, purchase date/time, and the last 4 digits of the payment method so we can locate your order.
