Please be advised: The host will not be waiting for missing customers, so as to not make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, in order to avoid missing your tour please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before your reserved meeting time. The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Cafe. (do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed.

Know before you go

Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. All customers must be at the meeting point in your voucher, where your host will provide the tickets.
This is not a guided tour; your host will take you to the 2nd floor, giving a brief presentation on the way, and, if the summit option is selected, direct you to the summit lift for an independent visit.
People with reduced mobility cannot access the summit floor due to safety.
Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.
Expect waiting times or long lines during high season at security checks and elevator lines on all floors.
In case of force majeure, if SETE restricts access to all or part of the tower for more than 2 consecutive hours, refunds will be issued proportionally. No refund if the restriction is due to public authorities. For example, if the summit is closed, only the price difference between a summit and a 2nd-floor ticket may be refunded, as the 1st and 2nd floors remain available.
